New to this - interested in renting this summer

I am interested in renting points for the first week in August 2006 (sunday-thursday) at either the Wilderness Lodge Villa's or the Beach Club Villas. I think I need a 2 bedroom unit as there are 5 of us. I am thinking of splitting my stay between a DVC unit and a hotel - will Disney move our luggage from one place to the other? I know when we split a hotel stay that is possible
