New to the DVC page: Need to rent points for 11-17 NOV 03 at Hilton Head

Can anyone help me? I would like to stay at the Hilton Head resort.
11-17 November 03. Need a two BR. Not sure how it works, but does anyone have points they would like to rent me?

Please explain how transaction works, and cost as compared to going directly through Disney.
