but not to Disneyland
been going since 1955.:)

averaged about 1x per year. some years 3+ times and others were skipped due to family stuff when the kids were small.
Well this will be our (wifey and me) first time to Disneyland by ourselves since 1979. Since that time it has always been us and the kids/kids with boyfriends or girl friends, etc....
Now it will once again be just the two of us. We will be able to go when and where we want.
Plan on doing Fantasmic Dessert Buffet. We did it several years ago when it was still on the DisGallery balcony:wizard:....it was "Fantasmic" for sure. This will be a bit different with being right down at street level...:woohoo:

Really looking forward to the trip. Mid October

Hi! Welcome to the board!! It sounds like you found the right spot. Your trip should be fantastic. I'm going Oct 22 with my oldest dd (27) and we're doing the Trick or Treat party for the first time. Ours is a whirlwind trip but we always pack a lot of fun into each one. We try to do something different every time, and someday we'll have to do the Dessert Buffet. I can't afford it when I'm with my whole family, but those times when I get away with my sister or my dd gives me the chance to try out those things that don't work with the whole group.

Again, welcome! :flower3:

Welcome :) And get ready to be addicted to this site! It doesn't take long lol

Welcome!

I agree with Bumber- I bet (hope!) you have some great pics! If you get a chance, I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say that I'd love to see them. :)

I will have to start looking thru them...

of course only the last 5+ years are on digital. Before that it is prints and slides from Kodachrome....:rotfl:

so it will take some time...

pics from when I was very small that my parents still have.
Christmas in Disneyland, Easter Day in Disneyland from the late 50s or early 60s...pics of rides that aren't even there anymore like the skyway, people mover, rocket rods, burros, dreamliner, rocket to the moon, house of tomorrow, etc...
