Thanks to all of you I have decided to try SW for our trip to Arizona.
Understand all the EBCI, no assigned seats, etc.

I know if price goes down you get credit but that's where I need to double check.
I assume I assign each person up for a RR acct number prior to booking
I assume there is a place to put each persons RR number on when booking
Then I assume we will all be linked together.

Am I assuming too much....

I'll work backwards on responses to your assumptions.

Each and as many people as you want can be "linked" together under one reservation. When you go to make your plans, you'll be asked how many traveling. You will then fill in the specifics for each person; name, DOB, F/M.

RR is not required but recommended [for the potential reward's benefits if you or whoever travel often].

So, the bottom line is that the "linking" happens when you make the initial reservation and then receive one confirmation/locator code [6 characters].

Hope this helps!
