New to renting points - interested in Vero Beach

Is it too late to rent points from anyone for a stay at Vero Beach this summer? New to the process but have read alot about it. We're interested in late June (6/26 arrival) but could be flexible for anytime in July. Just not sure if we're too late in the game now. Thanks for any info.
FYI - need to accomodate 2 adults & 3 kids (7,5 and 2). 2BR would be great.

I just booked a trip for someone at the same time. The Inn rooms (Garden and Ocean) are available but there are no studios. I am not sure about the larger units. docdds@aol.com
