New to posting/disboard have a question

I have a quick question. We have been to disney before, but for me it has been like 5 years ago. This is our first family trip. I am new to the disboards so it i am posting in the wrong place sorry. I have heard that you can go to disney and if you wanted to buy a souvenier you could have it taken to your resort. Is this true? I was going to wait until like the last day to let our daughter, and us do our shopping but if this is true we can shop whenever we want. Thanks for your help

If you are staying in one of the Disney resorts, then yes you can have your items sent to your resort. It usually takes 24 hours, and you would pick up your purchases in your resort store. They call your room when it gets there. It's really a neat service.

However, you can't wait until your last day to use this service - they ask you when you are checking out. If you're checking out on a Saturday, you'd probably want to go shopping no later than Thursday to be able to use the service.

Yes if you are staying at a Disney resort then you can have all you purchases sent to your room.

Yes that is true. If you are staying at a Disney resort hotel you can have your purchases from the parks delivered to your hotel. I think you have to allow about a 24 hr window so you couldn't do it on the day you are checking out. Hope this helps. Have a great trip.

Yes! They will send it to your resort's STORE, not your room. You can do this everyday up until the day before your last day.

It will be delivered the next day and you must pick it up at your resort store. The only way it might be delivered to your room now is if you are staying at the conceirge level.
