New to DVC board question

Now I'm sure that if I searched I would find the answer to this but because I am too excited (and lazy!) to do so, I am hoping someone can give a quick response.

If I have a February use year, when is the latest that I could bank points to the following year without losing them?

July 100% OCtober 50% and November 25 %
