We are planning a trip in 2 weeks and are doing the dining package. How do I know what restaurants I have to choose from? Where can I make reservations? Especially for the character meals?

We will be arriving on a Monday and leaving on Thursday with a 2 day park pass. How many days does this give us meals--only the 2 days we purchased for the park? So does that mean we are on our own the rest of the days?

The dining plan is based on the number of room nights at your resort, so 3 nights = 3 table service, 3 counter service and 3 snacks per person.
