New tickets please!

Anyone know what will happen to the REALLY old tickets - I'm talking 15-20 year old unused tickets we have (placed on new media last visit) for a combo that no longer exists - even under CURRENT ticket options (7 days parks + 4 days water parks)! Anyone have an idea if this will have any effect at all on them?

I don't know exactly what they will do if the combination doesn't work with what is available now, but I am sure they will still honor the tickets. Disney has always been very good about honoring past tickets that did not expire.

Thanks Brian, Yeah I assume they have to honor the tickets in SOME way, question really is HOW? CaN THEY HONOR A TICKET TYPE THAT NO LONGER EXISTS? (7 hopper days + 4 Water Park days)? I suppose if they can do that now (which they obviously can, hopefully they STILL can and should after the new changes..

I had those tickets and last year went to guest services for help

They gave me one day park hoppers for each of the 7 days ticket pass non expiring
They did not give me the actual tickets but put them in my magical account
(And I had them listed on my Mickey band)
I checked and all were there and had an expiration date of 2030

For this years trip I had no issue using my Micky band to enter the park

My account relflected I used one of the tickets

It was easy for the CM to set up
I guess I was not the first one that needed to do this exchange

My original 7 day hopper was bought many years ago
