New Tenaya Stone Spa Opening September 16 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at Disneyland Resort

I'm excited about this too. Really interested to see the prices so see if I can afford a full massage or pedicure only. lol

Oh, wow!! I'm excited for this! Going in Dec and have a partial day that might be a perfect opportunity for a spa treatment on our last day at GCH!

Oh man, was going to book mani/pedis for our November VGC stay, but minimum age is 14. My youngest just turned 13, so we’ll have to postpone until next year. 🤔 But couples massage for our Valentine’s staycation will be perfect 🤩

I went ahead and booked myself one of the foot and leg massages and my daughter a manicure. I'll wait and look for reviews to see if we'll keep them.

In the fine print on the email confirmation it says, "Guest(s) who have booked a spa treatment (excluding salon services) are invited to arrive 45 minutes prior to their first scheduled treatment to enjoy the luxurious amenities and services of Tenaya Stone Spa that include a serene relaxation lounge and a eucalyptus infused steam room."

The manicure is considered a salon service, so she wouldn't be able to use the relaxation lounge with me.

It also says, "Spa services are for adults age 18 and up. However, teens ages 14 to 17 may enjoy certain treatments or services if the minor’s parent/guardian consents in writing and accompanies the minor during the treatment or service". My daughter will be 17 at the time, so hopefully she will be allowed to have a manicure at the same time I am getting another treatment if they are not in the same room.

Also, it says a 20% gratuity will be added to all services, so keep that in mind when looking at the prices.

If anyone goes in the next few months will you give a review?

I booked foot massages from my husband and I. Same tactic- waiting to see if the reviews justify the expense. If we decide to move forward, I'll def. leave a review. 😁

Oh good, thank you! Just a quick question-were you able to book 2 foot massages at the same time? I went in to possibly change her manicure to a foot massage and the time I booked was gone. It's like they only have one appointment for each time slot.

We had to book them back-to-back. But that works for us as we'll be taking "shifts" as our kiddo naps. That's our OBB night so she'll need extra rest before the party.

I'm not seeing a 'blue box' and the link doesn't work for me. What am I missing?

Below is a screenshot of the page (desktop view). The blue box is called out. If you're on mobile, you'll need to scroll down quite a bit to see the box.

Thanks so much for the screenshot, jb, but I'm still not seeing that when I go in on my MacBook. I'll try different browsers to see if that's the issue for me. When I call it up, all I get is this...

Is it possibly because you're a pass-holder or a DVC member that it's presenting you with the booking option but, not me?

Here's the URL for the landing page I'm seeing - https://disneyland.disney.go.com/en-ca/recreation/grand-californian-hotel/tenaya-stone-spa/

Hmmmm … that is odd. I’m not a legacy passholder or DVC member, so I’m not sure. That’s what I see on my PC and iPhone.

UPDATE: That URL isn’t what I visited/posted. Try the link in the very top post of this thread? If that doesn’t work, I’m fresh out of ideas!

Thanks so much for trying gp! I really appreciate it. It still isn't working for me but, that's okay. I'm staying at the GCH and, that's magical enough!!!

Magic Key Holder Tenaya River Stone Massage 80 min (80 min)
$ 230.00
Ideal for enhancing circulation and reducing inflammation, this traditional stone massage uses aromatherapy oils enriched with vitamins and minerals to help heal and purify the body from head to toe.
Remarks
This service is for our Magic Key Holders that carry the Dream and Believe Keys Only

My question is why? I don't understand why it's only available or Dream and Believe Key holders. It's not like it's a great price or an extended amount of time.

EDIT: After looking at all the other stuff, it looks like it's a $25 discount off of similar treatments. As a massage therapist, I still find the pricing high, but with all things Disney, you pay for the atmosphere.

I'm in Canada and couldn't see the 'blue box' either using two different browsers and a VPN lol. Eventually I switched locations on the site from CDN to USA and had success.

I can't thank you enough, sweethannah! That was exactly the issue. I switched to US and, got in no problem. Now my 3 Disney Princesses (23 year-old DD and two close friends) and I will be enjoying the Spa on our upcoming mid-November trip. Very much appreciated. Love these Forums!
