Just in time for the many new offerings coming as part of the Summer Nightastic Special Event, the Disneyland Resort has announced a new special ticket offer for Southern California and Northern Baja California residents.
The Summer Pass will provide three days admission (one park per day) to the Theme Parks of the Disneyland Resort for only US$108.00. This works out to US$36.00 per day, a 50% discount off normal One-Day, One-Park admission (US$72.00)
For US$21.00 more, you can upgrade your ticket into a Summer Pass Plus ticket, allowing you to go between Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure Park at your leisure.
Tickets will go on sale from 30 May, and may be used from 11 June to 29 August. Tickets expire 45 days from first use or on 29 August, whichever comes first. Summer Pass tickets will be blocked out from 2-4 July and 22-23 August.
Tickets will be available from Disneyland.com, DLR Box Offices (Ticket Booths), Disney Store locations in the region and select stores and supermarkets throughout Southern California.
(ETA: Just saw another thread about this. Sorry about that
. I swear I didn't see it beforehand, lol!)

I would think that California residents that stay a few days in hotels and eat in restaurants would spend more money than people driving in for the day.
