I asked my SO what I need to buy for him for our trip. All he wanted was new underwear. I bought me new undies and new socks for the trip too, btw.

...takin' along the old stuff means less packing/laundry .

I.E., every winter for years, my brother has participated in a week-long snowmobile run "up north" (for you Michiganders) in support of the Special Olympics. Don't know who started this, but many tend to take along their oldest/rattiest undies and merely throw 'em out along the way.

Denise < --- couldn't pull this off, but can appreciate the ingenuity of the male species
