Just got this email:

Offer expires at 11:59 PST on 1/9/11. Good for mail-ordered 4x6 prints.

Code is 2011PENNY

I have enough developed photos to scrap for all of 2011 already, (!) but maybe others can use this!

I wish I was organized enough to get some more of my 2008 trip pictures printed.

Thanks, Pam!

I have never ordered from Snapfish (or any other for that matter)...I always print at home. But, I am so far behind in printing and would love to get them off the computer...I may try it out and take advantage of that deal. If I just order a ton, I can clean off the computer and then start fresh with my own printing as I go!!!! Sounds like a plan (for now!!) Is everyone happy with what they get from Snapfish?

I haven't used Snapfish, but Winkflash has 4x6 prints for 6 cents right now too. Of course, we got our WDW pics printed the week before last, when they were not on sale.

Another question...how does the shipping work? I am a bit confused...

It gives a price and says each. Like for 1-10 prints, it's 99 cents each for shipping. (This may not be the exact rates or number of prints, but I can't remember for sure off the top of my head.) Do I pay 99 cents times 10 if ordering 10 prints or do I pay 99 cents for every 10 prints I order?

I'm not sure how the shipping works. I'll try to add 99 photos to my cart and get a shipping cost.

The only issue I have with Snapfish is that they don't recognize my camera as digital and don't do "true" digital shots for my Nikon. They do for DH's, which is an HP. Dunno why?

Thanks Jennifer!! I think I will go ahead and do this...it's the only way I see myself getting caught up on my printing!!!

I just used Snapfish last month (when they had their last special) for the first time. Got 1100 4x6 photos for about $60, including shipping. Quite happy with the print quality, the upload process was easy, and the shipping was pretty fast. We've used Shutterfly and Winkflash before too, and, IMHO, everyone's quality is comparable. (MUCH better than the photos I used to do at Walgreens, CVS, etc. in the past...) One of these sites had a 5x7 sale last year (forget which one) and that was great to get the larger prints for a change, but I typically use 4x6.

Hope this helps! Now, I've got to get busy sorting and kitting up these buggers so that I can use them and scrap happy during 2011!!!

Thank you PBF!! I love snapfish deals!!! I need this one desperately! I will sort photos and get them ready to order no later than Tuesday!!! Thank you again!!!!

Ok, here's a question (and it may be stupid, sorry). I know I have about 120 to develop. Are they 99 cents for the first 99, and then a penny each for the others? Or are the 21 or so extra @ full price?

I use snapfish all the time. I was going to order for my upcoming scrapbook weekend, but found my pics from last year that were already organized so I am ready to go. Quite a surprise. I hate to pass up on this deal but I am going to have to wait til the next one.

Thanks for the code :)

I have never used snapfish before--how many photos can I upload at a time? I'm hoping I can get some off my laptop before it totally expires. TIA

I never used them before either...but I uploaded and ordered 480 pictures on Monday night and got an e-mail that they are already shipped and on their way this am!! So, so far I'm ahppy about the turn-around time! It says I should have them on Friday. I can let you know about quality then. I am thinking about placing another order to clear my pictures off my computer (just because I need to catch that up to a managable number). If you have a lot, maybe do it in two seperate orders...one for the 99 and then another for everything else so you can get free shipping. Also, you get 20 free prints for signing up. And, if you wanted to do another site to just save a little, shutterfly gives 50 free prints for signing up. I went over there and did just the 50...on that BanWagon you know??!! Oh...one more thing...snapfish offers a pre-pay plan. You can purchase this for cheaper rates on the photos (but do it after you get your 99 for 99 cents.) I did it. But, didn't do the 99 first. So, I have to finish my pre-pay before Sunday so that I can take advantage of the 99 deal. The pre-pay is good on 4x6 or 5x7. The shipping is a little much though...so check that out! You may want to weigh your options!!

I have tons to print!!! But, I have about 500 that I need to get off the laptop before it completely bites the dust. I don't have them on a cd, but, they are on the back-up external hard drive. There was a while when I just got the pictures off the sd card and onto a cd then developed as I was ready to crop and since my cropping is so far behind my printing is equally behind. Hence this years goal to get all my printing caught up. I have a great home printer, but, it would cost me a fortune to print 2 years worth of pictures and 2 Disney trips ;)
