New Santa Pooh!

Just got home from my 2nd excursion to the mall this early AM! 1st @ 5am to K-BToys, Barbie's, Matchboxes & Sega Dreamcast Sports Bundle(69.99-great deal!!) All for the grandchildren, including a set of 10yr.old boy twins! Got a FREE Holiday Barbie Too!
Back home again to get the teens, and hit Best Buy at 7 am for CD's & a DVD player!

Then it was off to the Disney Store for the 8AM opening! Got my new "One day only" Santa Pooh! He is adorable! I dragged my DD in with me to buy another one for my aunt who also collects Poohs, as they are only allowing ONE per customer! They also had A Drummer boy Pooh.. A few All white, Eeeyore and Tiggers with Blue scarfs! Very cute!!
Also got a few(4) very small Mickey icon pins with stars and strips for only 4 bucks each, for various Christmas gifts. They had lots of deals this am, but I was tired!
Going back to bed soon, as I have to work this pm..

Can't believe I was right by the DS this am at the mall, and never went in!! I guess those pins are probably gone now!!!

I had most of my xmas shopping done and there was nothing that I HAD to have to drag me out of bed at 5am---(and noting that I am in NC visiting my sister and not in familiar territory) I DID drag my sister out to the Cary Mall and made her stand in line at the DS to get Santa Pooh. He was really cute but there was no need for us to arrive at 6:15am (we were #1 AND 2 in line) by the time the store opened at 7am there were about 25 people in line so there were plenty of Pooh's to go around. He is VERY cute and I am excited I didnt miss getting him! We then hopped over to JCpenney for the snowglobes (will go nicely with my Tigger one from last year!). All in all it was a fun shopping trip. I read stories about near riots at Targets and Wal Marts--those people are crazy--I dont care HOW great a deal it is--behavior like that is crazy!

The NYC Fifth Avenue store had a huge mountain of these Poohs yesterday and TDS Milford, CT had alot of them today.....

I am so glad you all were able to get the Santa Pooh! I guess he's not as popular as in past years. I remember waiting outside of the DS at 7 am, waiting for the doors to open and within a few hours they were all gone..Well, I'm glad you all did well, they are cute to display every year!
