New restaurant on BW?

Has anyone tried the new restaurant that replaced Spoodles at the Boardwalk Resort? I forget what it's called. I'm wondering, too, if you need to make ressies? Thanks.

Hello, the restaurant is Kouzzina, by chef Cat Cora. I have yet to dine there, but we have an ADR for dinner, for our upcoming trip. If you want to dine there, I would suggest booking an ADR. Enjoy!

I just dinned there last week. You need an ADR. We showed up about 45 minutes early for our 6:20 ADR and were able to get right in. When I took my DD to the bathroom at about 6, there was a huge line of people waiting to get in. I know if we had shown up on time for our ADR, we would have left (and probably had a better meal somewhere else) seeing that huge line plus the very limited kids menu.

We ate at Kouzinna's last month and thought it was really good. The food was great and the service was exceptional. The food is a bit "different" than the run of the mill food. DH had lamb shank that was SO tender. I had the whole fish. It was flakey, moist and very good. They were very accomodating about coming and cutting off the head for me...after I had a chance to see the beautiful presentation. We would return, although we have quite a few places we would like to try first. We did have ADR's.

We ate there during opening week in August and it was excellent. Definitely suggest a ADR! My husband had a PorK TBone and he said it was very good but could have used a bit more seasoning. I had Flank Steak and it was VERY VERY good considering that if cooked inproperly it would have been tough. My mom had the whole fish and loved it. My son had was essentially lemon rice soup and he thought that was great the best. It was not a kids meal option but he wanted it and ate it His kids meal was noodles with meat and cheese. He thought it was alright. Highly recommend it!
