New Restaurant at Magic Kingdom?

We only like the Sci-fi mostly because of the environment even though in fairness we've never tried the Brown Derby and really need to. We did not like the 50's Primetimes Café. Of course DHS has the advantage of being close to resorts with a lot of good dining options.
You didn't like 50'sPTC??? Was the experience, food, or both? I really like that place. The menu is straight-forward comfort food, but I think they execute it well. And I love the theming!

And most of the CS restaurants at DHS close at 4:30 pm. :confused3

AK is like that, but it sometimes closes as early as 5pm. We haven't stayed all day in so long at DHS, I hadn't even noticed that they closed early. Maybe Disney is hinting that you need to eat at Epcot for dinner:)

Food was better pre- dining plan when the Mouse started catering to the masses. I really hope the DTD or Disney Springs restaurants resist the DDP vanilla approach to food. Having said that, would love an animatronic experience with Caribbean food in the new space.
