I know there are others here with peanut/treenut allergies. The new H20white bar soaps given out in the rooms in the resorts have shea butter-- so if you have treenut allergies, obviously, you want to avoid using them. I had to call H2O to find out for sure.

Aidan (DS Peanut and treenut allergic) wanted to use the Mickey soap in Disney, but I told him he'd have to wait until we get home, so I could find out for sure that it didn't have any nut oils. I'm still reading through all the ingredients on the shampoos and other stuff--- at least on those they list the ingredients. Since they're probably manufactured in the same factory as the bar soaps-- we're avoiding all together. I'm gonna go see if my neighbor wants them-- I feel bad throwing them out, they're so pretty.

I have a peanut allergic Aidan too! He's 8.

Thanks for the information about the soaps.

PLEASE don't throw them out! You could always donate them to the Toronto Mickey SOS for Children Project, which is a program that brings goodie bags filled with soaps and shampoos saved from Disney Resorts to patients of The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

If you are interested - please send me a PM - as me posting a link on where to send them would be against DIS board rules.

Thanks! :)
