So ridiculous! Is there any penalty in the US for wasting the court's time?

Snakes live in Florida (and also Alabama, making this even more ridiculous, as they should therefore be at least somewhat familiar with the creatures). Grandma didn't die of shock on the spot, she died an unknown amount of time after. The family didn't seek any medical treatment for her at the time of the incident.

The child got a bandaid and the family returned to touring the parks.

I would not be thrilled if a snake dive bombed me, but I'd never think of suing anyone over it.

It was a thread (a year ago maybe) where someone claimed a snake dropped into their lap while riding Space Mtn. Hoax, but generated a lot of funny responses on the DIS.

You know - my FIL passed away about 10 years after visiting WDW. I believe something he saw or ate there may have contributed to his death. I'm going to sue!!

This is absolutely ludicrous!!! They went about their day after the little boy got a band-aid? Yeah, grandma was really affected by the whole thing.
