New Quick Service Dinning Plan

Hey first time going to WDW this September, got the free dinning but Now I see this on the Official Disney Site for 2009, I did not see this for 2008 is this new for 2009, and is this what they are going to offer for free dinning in 2009,please share your thoughts, If so that 1 TS is going to be GREATLY missed!!!!!!!

The Magic Your Way Package Plus Quick-Service Dining lets you enjoy select quick-service restaurants throughout Walt Disney World Resort—and you can save up to 20% per person on dining! This package includes your Disney Resort hotel accommodations, Theme Park ticket and Disney Dining Plan that offers two quick-service meals and two snacks per person, per night of your package stay. It also includes a mug you can refill as often as you like at any quick-service restaurant at your Resort hotel.
