Ok, so I saw a few threads locked and was confused, I didn't remember them being heated, controversial, etc, but then saw that they were closed because of a new policy:

Basically no religious or political discussions are allowed on DIS anymore. Now granted I think there are some very heated discussions that occur around these two subjects, how far will it go?
I mean, this is a Gay and Lesbian forum, often you see posts about Gay rights, including marriage? Will threads regarding VT attempts to legalize Gay Marriage be banned?
I am all for private ownership of the forum and that they have the "right" to make any rules they want, but I can also see this as being a fairly major change!
