New "Official" Frozen: 2015 Frozen Summer Fun June 17 to Sept 7!

Assuming they have the package like last year, you can arrive any time. Instead of picking up your credentials at Minn and Bill's, you would pick them up at Guest Services. Also, arriving at 3pm, you'd miss the parade and risk the chance of tickets for the later shows being gone. They allowed guests to choose their shows last year on a first come, first serve basis. And people began to line up for check in around 10am, even though the process didn't start until around 10:30.

Ok thank you for the information.

What is FSF??? We arrive at Disney June 18th and our Hollywood Studios day is 6/26 but we planned on leaving a little early and eating dinner over at Epcot. Do I need to not do that? My girls are Frozen obsessed and I don't want them to miss anything!

Dang! I hope they extend this! We're missing it late Sept and would love see the show at HS, mainly for something new to see/do there.

So for the 24 hr event- MK will open at 6am on friday, and not close till 6am saturday? Then open back up saturday at 9am ?

Any tips on best strategies? do mant show up at 6am? do you think saturday at mk will be less busy since people will be sleeping in after the 24 hr event?

Dang. I'd love to do it again but my husband will be out of town that weekend and my teenage DD said she never wants to go back to Disney.

Oh well, I'll live vicariously through everyone who does go.

Frozen Summer Fun will be back to DHS, and WDW will start with a kick off 24 hour Frozen even at MK.

Frozen Summer Fun!! If your girls are Frozen obsessed you definitely want to do FSF! There is a parade (ie. processional) with Frozen characters, the singalong is always there, there might be a special premium package Frozen Dessert Party and Parade viewing, and nightly there are amazing fireworks featuring the characters on stage. Once I get a chance I will post pictures from last year. But in the mean time, check out my TR linked in my signature called Yes, I'd love to build a snowman.

I wouldn't count on an extension this year. The singalong is a permanent feature though, so you'll be able to catch that for sure!

Yes, 6am to 6am. Then they clear the event guests and reopen later.

The 24 hour event is a huge draw. However, you also have SWW going on at the same time. I hope to pop over to the 24 hour event, but plan on catching the Star Wars Fireworks at DHS.

Saturday morning at DHS was less crowded last year after the event, I'd bet the same for MK. However, Saturday is typically a busy MK day. It just might be a little less busy. I wouldn't expect a significant difference.

Will there be fireworks? It's listed on Disney World's site, but in the Frozen tips thread it says it was discontinued 9/29/14.

So excited!!! I extended our trip by a day in anticipation of this event.
Smart move! :teeth: Many were wondering when this announcement would be made..........one thing that seems to be clear is this "24 hour" event is now a Memorial Day Disney Tradition!!!! Can't go in 2015 and to much going into our 2016 trips to fit Memorial Day in.............hoping for 2017!!!

The blog and news site both indicate fireworks are a yes!

Though there is no word about a snowground.

If they run the same schedule as they did last year, then the parade will be around 11am. The Frozen Sing Along happens all day long. And the fireworks at night are truly the best fireworks in WDW. You could easily go to DHS in the morning, get all your Frozen stuff done by early afternoon, head to Epcot and then get back in time for the fireworks. They are a must see - and you don't need to spend any money on an expensive viewing package. You can see everything just fine without it, in my opinion. :)

I said I'd never go back to Orlando in the summer, but this event makes we want to book a short trip. ;)

Great to see you back! Jump in anytime and answer questions. I look forward to more of your heads up on Frozen accessories and clothing!

Thanks !!!! I think I had posted the pic of the Frozen Leggings that Kohls is selling (online)
They had adults too ! DW (the big baby !! LOL) got a few pair as well--- $14.99 reduced from $35-40
Only $7.99 for the kiddies--- They are really nice !!!

So excited for FSF again !! Had booked a trip weeks ago (7/1-7/8) hoping they would bring it back !!!
