We were there the other day - pretty good!!
Excellent prices, good choices...not 100% open yet but certainly they are positioned to compete with the US side mall!:thumbsup2

minnie56, where is it located?

We are heading to the Falls for the Canada Day weekend and planned to hit the Canada One Outlet Mall one afternoon. Would love to check out something new.

It is in niagara on the lake it is right off the highway! Get off on the Glendale cutoff on the QEW :)

Drove by it last weekend. Didn't stop but looked awesome! It looked packed but wasn't backed up on the highway like the previous weekend I heard!

Are there any restaurants there? I checked the website and dining options seem pretty scarce on site. Going with a group of girlfriends and wondering what we are going to do for lunch

There is a food court, not sure what's there? There's a small Tim Hortons inside the customer service area and a Starbucks. Hope that helps..

Just drove by yesterday there is a mcdonalds now in the parking lot, but if u are looking for a nice restaurant you have to either go into the falls, St. Catharines or niagara in the lake. St. Catharines is more than likely your best bet they have some really nice restaurants a lot of options.

Thanks so much for posting this

We are running out of things to do with the kids/teenagers when we go down to visit my Dad in that area. This will make everyone happy!

BTW how are the prices. I know it's not the states but are there still some good deals?

There were great deals!!!!
Having just come from the stateside malls the prices were fresh in our minds..
I bought a purse in Michael Kors outlet USD $199 it was $199 CAD at the niagara stores. ..My friend bought some Keds for her daughter, $45.99 USD ..$54.99 CAD here so we figured that was pretty darn near the same!!

I will absolutely go again ...and I don't have the surly US Immigration guys to deal with either! Bonus.:thumbsup2

I was here today and I found it quite good for prices and selection. Quite a bit better than the Halton Hills "Toronto" Premium Outlets.
I "rope dropped" it at 10am and there was barely anyone there. By the time I left at 2:30 it was pretty crazy.
It seems that the food places had long lines. There is plenty of benches and outdoor tables/chairs so you could bring a picnic lunch even if you wanted to be healthy or frugal, or both!

In terms of prices, the gap and J.Crew were priced almost exactly the same as their US counterparts.

Shoes continue to be the big loser in Canada though. Here are some examples:

Teva wedge flipflops - Famous Footwear - 34.99 Canada - was 29.99 in Orlando last week.

Nine West outlet Garrison pumps - 79.99 Canada - was 59.99 (I think, might have been 54.99) in Orlando last week.

Crocs "jelly shoes" circle design with peep toe
44.99 at Crocs outlet in Canada
34.99 at DSW in Orlando

Go to collectionperks.com for mobile coupons! No paper book here.

Overall, I will be back!!

The shoes once you factor in the exchange weren't really so far apart...and as I mentioned my friends Keds she purchased were awfully close too. If you are in Orlando shopping . That's a whole different thing that cross border shopping because you aren't factoring in gas etc either and purchases are tax exempt ...

Went with a group of friends yesterday and was there for 7 hours! Lots of great pricing, a number of stores though were hit and miss for sizing since it was outlet stores. If you are a small. x-small or xx-small then you would be golden. Very friendly staff in a large number of the stores we visited.

Be sure to get the bracelet from guest services to get additional discounts at a number of stores. Not enough seating at all in the food court but a variety of choices. Highway wasn't backed up at all to go in and it was smooth sailing to get in. It was super busy to get out though and the McDonalds was an absolute zoo!! People did not like the order here/pick up there set up. All we wanted were drinks for the ride back and it took half an hour just to get 6 drinks.
