New Newsletter 3/26/07 ~ More Updates, Changes, And Surprises On Their Way To VMK!

Just my two cents, but I think WE will be able to buy most, if not necessarily all, of the 120 new "furniture" pieces.

I think we will be able to buy the dark ride track because he makes a point of saying that the type of start piece you put down indicates which ride vehicle your guests ride. That would be a needless thing for him to point out if staff were the only ones being allowed to build with this track.

If you look at the Alice room in the picture, there's no reason not to let us buy quite a lot of that stuff. The only thing we may not be able to get is the Queen of Hearts in the center of the room. But the topiary walls are just room dividers. The arches are cool and I think we'll get those. And the Playing Card soldiers are great. Now also, remember that the Alice ride may include multiple rooms (I don't see those little glasses and pencil birds in that room) and multiply that by 2 rooms ... That's a lot of ride building furniture and I bet we get quite a bit of it. And yes, I think that's why we got 3000 credits last weekend which, when all is said and done, probably isn't going to seem like much at all!

I don't think Yavn's newsletter says anything at all about a ride building contest, though it does seem inevitable whenever they introduce new track.

As for the second ride, my gut tells me it's Peter Pan, but a part of me is really praying for Mr. Toad!

I am so excited about this news! When I heard about VMK I thought there would be attractions like at the park and now there will be! I'm glad it's Alice in Wonderland too, because I love the tea party room (which was my first room). I'm hoping to add some more Alice in Wonderland stuff to it.

*Hyperventilates* OMG. Wow. I don't think we've got that much cool stuff in the newsletter since...Ever!!! And FINALLY, a worthwhile hairstyle for the guys. The hairstyles for us girls were a big hit, it's definitely their turn. (Now maybe the amount of spiky haired boys walking down main street will decrease! Woohoo!)

I definetly thought that VMK was going downhill, and I know a lot of other people did too

Ok, if they are introducing 120 new furniture items JUST for Alice, then, is Alice going to have her own store? There are only about 250 total furniture items on sale now!

Peter Pan pieces would be awesome. Instead of the ride car sitting on the track, the track would be on the ceiling, and the ride car would be haning.

Also-Next week is my spring break.. I really wish this stuff could come out over that week. But, It's probably too soon.

Pinocchio's Daring Journey is one of the major ones, I would say. Also I think a Storybookland Canal Boat ride would be totally cute too!

I am not sure...but I am hoping the other ride is Peter Pan that is such a cool ride! It is part of the Dream items and I do remember Yavn said a while back that the Dream items would be back? So maybe this would be a way to bring them back?? Humm... don't know but sure am hoping for Peter Pan?? No matter what.. I think that vmk has blown us all away!!

I just need to make sure I stock up on the furniture that's currently out.
Like Doc, I believe that if we're getting a lot of new furniture, something will go. I'm sure that there won't be a release of all those pieces, but I'm sure that we'll be getting quite a bit.
