NEW New Ship Name Poll!

Originally, I had put the Disney "Shock" and "Awe" as a joke in my first poll about new ship name idea (I thought it was funny, but it was after midnight after an exhausting weekend, so I was probably the only one ).

Unfortunately, not even the original poster (me) can modify a poll after it's posted, so I am posting a new poll with what appears to be the two leading ideas (according to some, the Disney Dream(s) is actually THE name for their next ship, whenever it comes along. I'll still throw my two non-joke name ideas in the poll (hey, it's my poll!), and of course feel free to post more ideas!

And my vote is for one of my own ideas, the Star. The Disney Star (hey, they have their own island, why not their own Star?). I like it. It seems classy and classic to me. There are many ships that use the word "Star" in their names, but I don't believe there's one that's just called "The Star".

As much as I like Fansatia that's a word Disney made up, right? They didn't make up the other 2 they used words that aren't Disney but still apply!! Plus I've been informed that Fantasy is a ship that sails out of Port Canaveral so maybe it's too close!

- how about the Disney Allure or the Disney Enchantment, the Disney Marvel The Disney Esteem or the Disney Reverance.... ok I'm all worded out- I don't know if there are any other ships with these names... I like The Enchantment the best... have an Enchanting time!!

I like the Disney Dream or the Disney Princess. If this had been asked six months ago, I probably would have chosen the Disney Fantasia, but ever since this season of American Idol, the name Fantasia has totally different meaning to me!

At our return cruisers party in Feb, Captain Henry said a new ship will be called the Disney Rumor, because that is just what it is. LOL.

BTW, he was very, very nice. Its fun to watch him on the travel channel video, which we have taped and watch frequently!

I am keeping my fingers crossed for "The Hundred Acre Boat." Instead of Mickey, Pooh can be the captian, and there would be Tiggers!
