New moderate resort on the drawing board??

Read over on Jim HIll Media somewherre that a new moderate resort might be on the drawing board.
Any truth to this?

I didn't here this one, but I would think that the tourisim industry and Disney attendance didn't pick up enough to warrant another resort. Also they still didn't finish the second half (the Legendary years of Pop Century). I would think that they would finish a resort that is half completed before they begin another one.

I'm sure Disney has lots of ideas on the drawing board. As long as there are deep discounts available for the deluxe hotels moderate bookings will be soft. Not enough of a price break between AKL/WL and the moderate resorts. Disney had an entire moderate resort mothballed.

If the building permits don't say DVC on them, they ain't building it, IMO.
