Hi,
We are new to DVC and are looking to make our first reservation. I have a couple of questions.
We are looking to book for 14 nights. We are within the 11 month window for our home resort but will not be able to book the full 14 nights until Monday. Is it advisable to book the 12 nights now and then add the 2 nights when they become available?
If we make the booking over the telephone, is there a number we can call in the UK or do we have to make an international call to the US?

I would book the 12 nights now and add the two later. I don't know the answer about the phone #.

What are you trying to book: resort, view and room size? It can make a huge difference. If you are trying to get any of the following, then you should immediately go online and book whatever you can: BWV standard or boardwalk view studio (or 2BR), BWV Grand Villa, BLT standard view (any room size), AKV value or club level (any room size), VGF studios, OKW Grand Villas in the Hospitality House booking category, Aulani standard view Grand Villas. For anything else you are likely fine waiting until Monday although to be ultra safe you should reserve now and then add nights.

I'd book the 12 nights now and add the other 2 in a few days even if history suggests it should be available. You could always book it then cancel and rebook the entire thing in a couple of days when you could book the entire thing. There are thread's about how to cancel and book to use the same points.
