New Member Process

My husband and I received our new member packet for SSR a few days ago and are in the process of signing all the documents to be sent back. (Mickey's and Palm Tree's)

What is the next step in the process once your paperwork is sent back in?

If you are financing through DVC, in a couple of weeks you will (most likely) get an approval letter on the loan.

Whether you are financing or not, you will receive a separate letter simply acknowledging the purchase and welcoming you into the program.

Assuming you are purchasing at SSR, your closing will probably not occur for a couple of months. Once the deed is recorded you will receive another notice, along with your permanent member ID cards.

Your packet should have contained temporary cards, and you can actually call and reserve a room now if you wish.
