New Member - Annual Dues?

Hi Everybody, We are new members at VGC. We signed up on Dec. 12 '09 and our closing date and the date Disney debited our deposit was on Jan. 11 '10. Well it took a few days for our details to be updated on the member website and now there are a few details that were different to what we expected.
In our contract papers it stated that our first loan payment was to be on 15 Feb. '10 but on the website it is now showing as 15 March '10 and there is nothing listed under annual dues.
It was my understanding that we would have to pay annual dues straight away or am I wrong?
And is it possible Disney put back the start date on our repayments to give us more breathing room?

We just bought and our first payment was supposed to be 10/15, however paperwork wasnt returned with a few days so it pushed our first payment to 11/15. Not sure if they set up payments based on when they send the paperwork, then adjust, if necessary, if there are any delays.

That's kind of what I was thinking They took a few days after the closing date to even adjust our account details so I thought they may be taking longer than they had planned. I guess they must be still working out the final amount for our annual dues, a little much to hope that we aren't getting any
