New ME movies

I haven't seen this mention, but if it has been, please be kind!

They have new movies when riding Magical Express, and I really missed the old ones. Gone are Donald, Minnie, and Mickey. And in their place are spiels about bus safety, and some strange guy running around the parks. I really missed getting all excited on the bus ride to the resorts (that video gave me goose-bumps, call me sentimental) and I miss laughing at Goofy trying to cram in a last bit of enjoyment on the way back to the airport.

Definitely not an improvement and not very kid-friendly. Not sure what they were thinking.

Yep, the movies sure did change! I didn't mind the one on the way to the resort, but the one going back to the airport was mind numbing. It didn't start for quite awhile, when it did, it was all about the airport and what to do once you got there. There were some promos for returning to WDW but no special 'offers'. Really missed the old movies...at least they were entertaining.

We were also totally disappointed in the new movies. The old movies would pep us up, the new put us to sleep.

What a shame. I'm glad I recorded the ones they had when I went in October.

I loved the new promos! I thought they were funny and interesting.

That's disappointing because we always looked forward to the old ones...no matter how many times we've seen them!

The "Gary" guy in the new return video gets annoying after awhile. It didn't help that our bus made three more resort stops after picking us up (at Contemporary). We saw almost three full showings of the video.
