New Maintenance Fees

When does Disney typically establish and communicate the Maintenance Fees for the next year?

Proposed fees for each resort will be sent to owners in the fall (usually November), but the actual fees will be voted on by the DVC Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting in early December. The statement for 2008 will be sent out at the end of December as the fees are due by January 15, 2008.
