If MK Main Street will now open at 8am, that is a plus for early risers. It will be nice to enjoy a (non Starbucks) beverage and meander. That said....

New show = Lame, Disney. Seriously Lame. Quite obviously thrown together in 5 minutes time.

I was thinking the "dog" being encased in hash browns and being deep-fried like a corn dog. *I did google hash brown dog and there are photos of dogs with hash browns.

There isn't a Welcome Show at 7:00 and ropes won't be up for EMH guests - they'll probably enter at 7:00 or a little before. If the park opens to all at 8:00, the Welcome Show is at 7:55.

I like that. My original thought was a hot dog with some eggs, crumbled bacon and cheese. Maybe some additional condiments...haven't worked out the full recipe in my head yet. But if Casey's is open, there HAS to be a hot dog being served right?

Ha - well, it sounds like they're new but if they had been there all along then I would say it's definitely time for me to stop and smell the roses on my a.m. stroll down Main Street! (or the hot dogs, as the case may be!)

Maybe when you are there this Thursday you can (and probably already planned to) ask about the EMH procedures for the next day...like Main Street opening time for EMH guests, then non-EMH guests. Hopefully they will have some answers for you.

Okay, that is what I was saying. If the park opens at 8, Main St opens at 7 ... if park opens at 9, Main St opens at 8.

This means on our MK day next month, we can enter at 7 am. My family is going to hate this. Me, I'll love it, if it's not freezing.

Could be they expect carry over crowds. I had decided to avoid MK Friday due to parade.

"Perhaps the most magical event will happen on Friday, Jan. 27 at Magic Kingdom Park where Pro Bowl players, NFL cheerleaders and various community groups will take part in a celebratory parade down Main Street, U.S.A."

The Pro Bowl parade in MK is set for the 27th. Saturday could be quite crowded with fans.

Pro Bowl had usually been held in Hawaii after the Super Bowl - to entice players and their families to take part.
