We were in The Land at Epcot today, went to use the Companion Restroom and found that whole side where the restrooms had been is blocked off with construction walls.
So, there is currently no Companion Restroom in The Land.
A sign directed people to go upstairs for the Men's Room and across from the original restrooms for the Ladies Room.
The OLD Ladies Room had only about 10 or 12 stalls, including one or two small handicapped accessible stalls (too small to get a wheelchair and assistant in).
I didn't count the stalls, but the new Ladies Room had 2 hallways with stalls on each side, so I am estimating 30-40 stalls with a narrow handicapped stall for guests who need rails on each side and a very large handicapped stall with a sink.
I assume the area where the old restrooms were will probable have a new extended Men's Room and a Companion Restroom.
