DD is bringing home a new kitten today, she is 9 weeks old. :cat: At first she will have her own room with food/water toys etc. Once she is free to roam the house, I am not sure how to handle the feeding. Our 3 cats have their food out all day, we measure it out in the morning and they eat whenever they want to. I know that we will not be able to keep the kitten from eating the adult food or the cats from eating the kitten food. Are we better off feeding them all kitten food?

mix it, cat and kitten food, that's what I always did when I had cats and kittens. :)

Be sure to not feed the kitten any "seafood" until the 1st b-day, and what I did with the dry food was feed them the kitten food it won't hurt the adults..I only fed kitten dry food for about 3 months, my 2 younger cats are doing great....please post pics, I love seeing pics of other kittens/cats....
