New-ish with a question

I'm not sure which board to post this question--can anyone help me?

We got home from our FABULOUS trip to Disney and finally got the credit card statements (ugh)--and I had paid for dinner @ Chef Mickey's on my card, my husband paid for the photos on his card. Our photo-presenter person was very nice, but had a very thick accent & I couldn't understand him--thought my husband was on it (as he usually is)--anyway, he bought the photo package. When we opened the bills, dinner was on my card, and there was a 147-something dollar charge on hub's card. What the heck kind of photos did they sell us????

So there's the question--which board should it go on? I've googled myself silly & just keep getting random info from 2008. Sigh.

Did they also charge your card? Could they have charged the bill and photos on husbands card?

What did you get in the package? I thought they were around $30-40. If they put the pictures on a CD it could've been more-I think. Not really sure....

You could try calling 1-407-wdw-dine and maybe they could direct you to Chef Mickey or the proper place. Hope this helps

It sounds like you were charged for the dinner on both cards. The photo package is around $30.

You could ask your credit card company to look into the 2 charges.

Or you could contact Disney. I had a question about my charges and either there was a phone number for the accounting office on the invoice I received on the last morning or I found a number on the Disney website. Either way I was able to contact the correct dept at Disney and within a few hours they emailed me the information I wanted.

Thank you so much! We are looking into it--and I was wrong--there was no CD w/ the picture package. Just the folder thinger w/ recipes & a couple postcards, four 4x6 prints, and one 5x7. So somehow, hubs got charged an extra 110.00 bucks & then I paid for dinner. Weird.

Thanks for the help! I really appreciate it! I'm hoping to get my 110 bucks back--I could use them to pay for the Photobook!
