New Hotel Near DTD?

Last time we were at WDW we passed a new hotel being built and I can't for the life of me remember which brand it was. Can anyone help me out? We passed it in a taxi on our way from PO to GF--IIRC it was pretty close to Port Orleans. It practically felt like it was on Disney property but it is not a Disney hotel. I want to say it was a high end property. Anyone? Thanks!

i know they had scaffolding a year ago around the Holiday Inn LBV in Downtown Disney.
They are now accepting resservations.
Maybe this was it?

I believe its the new 4 Seasons resort being built

Was this being built near a golf course? Only way I can tell if its 4 Seasons because Osprey (sp) Ridge Golf Course is being closed for it and they are building Multi-Million dollar houses

Next week, we are checking into the new Holiday Inn near DTD for a week. Has anyone stayed there yet and can anyone give me any information on this hotel? (Last year, I stayed at another hotel on Hotel Blvd, but I won't go back there as it was not the cleanest hotel, and the manager and guest services didn't care that the room wasn't clean.) Looking forward to a bright, sunny, and warm week!
