New Hot Dogs at Casey's

caseys corner at the MK has some new hot dogs.. They have added a chicago dog and a slaw dog to the menu. They both are about $8.00. I was walking past caseys and noticed the menu but didnt try one.

I had the Chicago Dog. It was good, but there was almost too much topping on it. I should have went with the chili cheese dog. That's much more my style.

Also, I expect to get a heart attack from my hot dogs. Putting a few slices of tomato on this is counterproductive to that.

I love tomatoes lol also about hot dogs i was at the boardwalk today and ordered a hot dog from one of the stands on the bw and it was the worst hot dog i have ever had

Soo, the best hot dog I've ever had was a Colombian Hot Dog I had at a restaurant called La Moon in Miami.

They should serve that thing at Casey's.

1 Hot Dog
pineapple
bacon
crushed potato chips
mayo
ketchup
raspberry sauce
mustard
1000 Island Dressing
and a quail egg

it's awesome. It was on Man v. Food, I think.

Wait!!!! If it's a Chicago Dog then that means they have Poppy Seed rolls. I wonder if you can request that roll instead of the wheat ones that fall apart?

I doubt it... just like I doubt that they are using Vienna Beef Hot Dogs to make them.

They may be "chicago style", but I doubt they are the real deal.

I like my hot dogs plain, so I can only hope they are going back to the beef hot dogs. I'm not getting my hopes up, though. Usually, when they pile a lot of stuff on a hot dog or burger it's to hide inferior meat.

I'm so glad I saw a post about the all-beef Vienna hot dogs, because I was thinking of posting it when I saw this thread! I didn't think about the poppyseed buns, so I'm glad Bill mentioned that one!

I know I wouldn't be happy with a "Chicago" dog at Casey's.

Oh my dearie! It's been so long since I have had a *true* honest to goodness Chicago dog. I had nearly forgotten all about the poppy-seed bun, all steamed and soft. Yummy!
I used to work at a hot dog shop right outside of Chicago called, "Max's". Divinity. Sometimes I still dream of the food there. LOL Of course, I left off the onions, relish and peppers on mine, but it was delicious just the same.

Holy Smokes! I cannot remember. It was almost 22 years ago. I can tell you it wasn't $8 bucks.
