New here with a question for Cast Members

Hi! I am new to posting on this board and I have a question for any Disney CM's out there.

What are the perks as far as admission and discounts for CM's? I ask because we are planning a move to Orlando and I am wondering if it is worthwhile to work at Disney. Thank you!!

You get in free to all the parks (except for big Holidays like Christmas week and July 4th) and get discounts on things like merchandise.

And discounts on cruises...and coupons for things like free popcorn...discounted meals...and get friends in free.
I have a friend who works only 3 days a week at their character store...pay not terrific but perks wonderful. I would if I lived close.
