New Here! looking to rent pts for Nov 2006.

I know I am abit early but just wanted to check a few things. We are looking for a 2 bedroom and a studio at VWL for Nov 12th -Nov 18th. Is there someone with VWL as a home resort that would have these pts avail? I believe I would need 304. Also when would the 11 month mark be for booking?
