Hello Everyone. I hope I can get some insight here. My family and I are planning another trip to WDW February of 2008. It will be my 4th time and some others 1st. There are 12 adults and 5 children (if the child age is 13 or under) if not, add that to the adults. Anyway...we were really really hoping to get a "suite" type room (at least one) with a full kitchen so we can have breakfast and dinner in and eat lunch in the parks (just to save some $$). We normally do that on every vacation. Does anyone know of a resort that offers a "suite" type room AND reasonably priced regular rooms that can accomodate 2-4 or 5 people? Like I said any insight would be very helpful!!! Thanks..... I just love this little guy!

Hi Allie. I'll try to be of some help. I believe you'll probably want to look into one of the home-away-from-home resorts such as the villa's at Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Wilderness Lodge Villa's or even the all new Animal Kingdom Lodge Villa's. These are resorts that are considered DVC resorts (Disney Vacation Club). The Studio's are equipped with a very small kitchenette, the 1 & 2 bedrooms have full sized kitchens and even a washer and dryer to add even more convenience. They can be quite costly depending on what resort however, you can rent DVC points from a DVC member and stay at one of these resorts for about the price it will cost to stay at a moderate resort. Again, it depends on what resort you choose, some resorts can cost a bit more than others and also the time of year you are planning on your visit.
You can find out about DVC points and how it works here on the DIS. There are also discussion boards all about DVC and threads on renting points right here. To find out what each of the resorts offer, how many each sleeps etc try looking under accommodations at www.allearsnet.com . This site will give you lots of photo's of all WDW resorts and all the info you might need. I hope this info will help.
Good Luck and have a great time with the family at WDW!:thumbsup2
