Gringott's wasn't intense in any way EXCEPT for being tossed around from side to side.
I have a dodgy shoulder (slowly self-diagnosing as perhaps a few years back I messed up the biceps tendon that attaches to the shoulder) and if I had gone on it a year ago, before yoga and amazing massage, I would have died. Not literally, though I would have felt I wanted to die. I cannot imagine going on it after shoulder surgery. Cannot imagine.
(but then, I also didn't care for the ride at all, so it's easy for me to say the above, since I cannot see riding it again, which is sad, but omg was I disappointed in it)
