New Hard Ticket event coming to WDW in 2007

I had heard the rumor several times over the last few weeks. Finally had it confirmed by MK suit person and guest services. About this time next year a Princess and Pirate Party will be scheduled. It will be a dress up event similar to MNSSHP. Special Fireworks and Parade will be staged. It has been suggested you will receive a treasure chest upon entering and will collect tokens around the MK to be redeemed at the end of the night for prizes.

I can't wait. Maybe it will take away some of the withdrawl symptoms of MNSSHP.

I know they are still working on details. Other events have the tickets for sale about 6 months in advance, so I would think at least by fall we should hear. If I hear anything else, will pass it along.

Sounds great! I like that there will be something devoted to boys...my daughter always gets princess overload, but my son would love pirates!

Hey that sounds like great fun! I belong to a pirate guild (and a renaissance one as well) I would love to play in Disney dressed up in my garb, okay, maybe not the steel boned bodice part but still, it would be fun!
