Halloween Quest

This week we're launching our very first Disneyland Resort Halloween Quest. This all new Quest will take you to some spooky places like The Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror, Golden Screams Theater and one of my favorite Disney attractions, Haunted Mansion Holiday. You should hurry to the Park though, the Quest will disappear after Halloween.

Why not Disneyworld :(

I understand why they do this to get more people to go there just really hard to have a disappointed kid when they are unable to get the items.

Don't worry, bug, there are many, many DISers out there who I am sure will help you out! If I'm able to get any extras from anyone, I'll be sure to gift one to you and the slinkman!

I know what you mean. My cousins and I are going to disney world for MNSSHP, and were looking foward to the quest but now, we can't because we realized it was only for disney LAND.

:( Poor Cousins,

There's nothing we can do, but go to disneyland but that's not avalible to familes that live closer to disney world or just can't

:( :(

:sad2: aww i just got back from DL and i wont be there next 2 years :sad2:

That so totally stinks. Not for all of you who can get to Disneyland, but for those of us who can't. :sad2:

I really wish they would do equal quest for WDW too. It bums me out for DL to get all the extra stuff :(

That's us. Oh, well. At least we are fortunate to be able to live so close to WDW. A lot of people don't live close to either one. I am sure there will be a counterpart or another quest for WDW also. We were assured yesterday there would be another quest for WDW coming very soon, but the exact dates weren't known yet. Congrats to those who can get the quest at DL :)

I'll have to see if my friend that works there will get some when she goes into work. She's in college though, so she's only working part time. My friend that has AP is going to be visiting here in Oklahoma for the next week, and I don't know when her black-out dates are.

These items will probably be pretty rare, won't they? I mean if it's only in Disneyland and only for a few weeks...

Clearly WDW is the red-headed step child :(

Totally not fair that DL gets all the cool stuff.

awe that is so sweet. We would certainly repay if the Christmas quest is out when we go at thanksgiving (so hoping it is).
Got to love all the disers best group of people around!

I'm going to DLR on Wednesday :)

I'll try my best to grab a few extras for those who need them

WDW gets pretty cool stuff DL doesn't get like the pirate quest stuff and the AK room etc.. I would totally love to have the pirate couch or bird hat. Wasn't that only WDW?

Woot gravy! I'd trade for whatever cool items there are, if you do have them for trade. I sense giant trick or treat bags in the near future.

Ugh... some of you people go there like it's a two minute drive away...

Yet there are the other people (like me) that have never been there and probably never will... :guilty:

Yeah, and there are people for whom WDW is a two minute drive away...

Geography happens.

Heh. ;)

I happen to live about 100 miles from DLR and visit there on average of once a month. In my nearly 34 years on this Earth I've never yet been to WDW, something I'd love to do someday... sigh. I'm sure I will - I hear it's a better amusement park too.

So the Quest is only going to be for a few weeks? I've an AP so I'll be able to get one set for myself, which is nice. But I can only take quests once every 90 days, so I doubt I'll be able to get extras for friends. Plus all my RL friends are either AP and/or VMK players so understandably they'll be keeping their cards for themselves. Perhaps I can hit up some strangers to borrow their tickets long enough to get extra cards. :rotfl:

I'm sorry for the WDWers on the other side of the country who won't get to play. :guilty:

But I am happy about there being a Quest. :goodvibes

I live right next to Disney World and visit it often!

If someone would pick me up one of whatever VMK Halloween thing they've got at Disneyland, I'll gladly get a copy for ya of whatever VMK does out here next!

I'm sorry, but hands down the Animal Kingdom room is better than any room from a DLR quest and I have yet to get a trade offer for ANY DLR quest item that matches offers I have seen for a Kali Couch.

WDW gets nice stuff. They also got the Pirate Quest 2 weeks before DLR. And I will agree that it is a bummer that the Halloween Quest is DL only, but they are probably trying to promote the first ever Disney's Halloween Time at DL.

I was SO thinking about you when I read that. hugs
