That's the only "catch" with this during the winter months. It still goes up when it's raining a bit but if it gets really windy then you wouldn't be able to do it

Hello!

We used this groupon yesterday (DH tells me as we are going up that he is really scared of heights! Plonker!) the balloon was down most of our trip but we make a beeline for it when we saw that it was up. That said it was windy, cold and rainy our whole stay so if they found a window to get it flying over the last few days you should be okay in feb

We saw it going up and down all Sunday afternoon. Hasn't been up yesterday or today but we have had thick fog most of the time.
