hello all...this is my first post on this discussion board, and i wanted to say right away that i REALLY appreciate all of the knowledge and experience that you all have shared here. it has helped me and my wife out tremendously.

we've been talking about getting into the DVC ever since we came back from our most recent trip to disney around thanksgiving, and this morning we submitted an offer on a BWV resale property (200 points @ $83).
