I love thrill rides but I'm actually glad that this one is aimed at families. I can't wait to take my daughter!

Whether this will be a "kiddie ride" or not I think it can only be a positive step for the park and reduce lines in more congested areas of the park. Plus I would love to go on this with my nephews.

Possibly. But that's not always the way disney does things. They may open earlier because they don't want any competition.
