New fast pass rule, you may only hold 7 days of FP's?

Here's the deal on that. We use to stay onsite for a 5 SWW, Thurs to Sun, total of 20 days. You cannot hold a FP+ prior to your stay if you want more than 7 days. Your 1st FP+ has to be on check in day. Then the system will allow you to book FP+ all 16 days. If that doesn't happen; you'll need to call for an override.

We do not hold a FP prior to our stay. The last date that a FP was held was last November.

This stinks. I hope you get this resolved. It's just not right. I seriously think you need to email guest services and request, or hope for, several anytime fastpasses. They have the capability to give them, and you definitely deserve it in this situation, even if you do get to make your FP+ through MDE. Good luck
