We just returned from a family trip and my wife and I had made the ADR's for everyone.

Prime time is a must do each trip but my brother and his wife and my sister hadn't ever eaten and some of the places I got ressies.

The Biergarten was the first new experience for them and to be honest the food blew them away. My sister-in-law and sister did not no what to expect and were pl;easantly surprised that they found everything on the buffet to be delicious. Of course we all over ate, but we were able to walk it off around the world showcase.

Nine Dragons surprised them as well. They had inproved the fried rice since the last time my wife andIi ate there last and I tried the sesame chicken and my brother and his wife and sister all raved about the food as well. The restaurant was wide open for seating and should have been packed based on the food quality. We do miss the moo goo gui pan but new taste adventures are always welcomed.

Chefs de France was a first for my sister, brother and sister-in-law but they absolutely loved the ham and cheese sandwiches and French onion soup My wife and I try to eat here at least one trip a year and have never been disappointed.

Trails end was a disappointment mostly because they changed it from a buffet to a sit down service restaurant and we really really loved the buffet. If we had wanted a cheeseburger we could have srtayed at the Kingdom and eaten at Pecos Bill's

A couple of years ago we made the choice to switch our main meal from dinner to lunch. It was a great move as it is easier to get lunch ressies and the food is less expensive!

Our best to all!

I agree with you - if you start doing the big meal at lunch time, it's so much easier to get in and the wait staff seems to be more relaxed, plus the prices are much lower. Then, we do CS for dinner.

We also ate at Trail's End last year and my BIL and Niece will be upset to know that the buffet is gone. They both ate a tremendous amount of food.

I'm usually happy eating anywhere, but my favorites are all at Epcot also (except O'Hana).
