Latest (maybe) plans announced:
Pete Werner announced on the DisUnplugged Live 3 days ago that 20 'bungalows' of one and two bedrooms each are going to be built starting later this year at the Poly. They will extend out into the water and be accessed via a dock. The assumption is that these will be DVC units.
The plans in the tikimanpages link also shows a proposed location for a longhouse .

Sounds like those over the water bungalows would be amazing!
