New DVC incentive for new Doorway to Dreams NY buyers

I wanted to share the details of an e-mail that I just received from DVC. It was a modified version of the $25 gift card phone tour offer and may be of interest to anybody who is seriously considering buying in at the NY Doorway to Dreams location. Here is the offer:

"Bring a Referred Guest to the Disney Doorway to Dreams store at Roosevelt Field in Garden City, NY, and schedule an Open House Tour, and you'll both receive a limited-edition Mickey-inspired portrait. Who knows how good the incentive might be, but to anyone who is considering a trip to DTD to look into DVC, this may afford you the best deal possible right now.
