New Dolphin Discounts

Does anyone know when the Dolphin discounts come out for next year, I am interested in Easter timeframe. I have a annual pass. Thanks!

Not an answer, but I am also interested in the Dolphin for Easter 2003. Swan has teacher discount available for that time but not Dolphin yet (according to their website).
